While Oh Sweetest Succor might be the gayest poem I ever wrote, I think this might be the most… rhetorically and politically vitriolic, even including that one I wrote about how First They Came was written by a fucking Nazi white washing his own history.
Besides that… well I think it speaks for itself.
Thank you for going on this journey with me. I will be taking tomorrow as a day for myself, though I may stream some Death Stranding 2 over on Twitch. I’ll be back on July 1st to explain the number sequence that brought these poems about, so you have a day and change to see if you can figure it out if you’re into that sort of thing. I’d recommend Joy and Anxiety for the most overt examples, while Mathematics is the only piece to break my rules, and does so in 2 places if you can find them.
I sincerely adore you all, thank you, and have a happy last day of pride.
(Oh, and reminder both Maria Ying’s Queer Lights in the Darkness Bundle, and Ela Bambust’s personal Itch.io bundle end tomorrow, less than 24 hour on both at time of posting!)
I hope you’ve been resonating with my work this week. It’s been a rough one for me personally, and the response to these has been heartening. Not sure what I’ll do once this project wraps today, well besides the explanation.
No matter what my next project, I couldn’t do it without your support in so many places, here, Patreon, Ko-fi, BlueSky, and Discord.
