Alaskan Anti-Trans CSAM Doc Story, Odder Than You Heard

So, I fully expect these shorts won’t really get carried by YouTube naturally because, well, I’m discussing a transphobic doctor caught with CSAM.

So, I figure the best way around that, is to share it on my own site and hope folks will find it here.

On it’s face, the story of Ryan McDonough seems pretty straightforward. A political appointee of Alaskan Governor Mike Dunleavy who voted to baselessly restrict children’s healthcare and Alaskan abortion access was arrested on the 11th of December for possession of CSAM. But the first inklings of it arose BEFORE he was appointed.

So I looked into when Mike Dunleavy appointed him and when the Alaskan state legislature confirmed him, but couldn’t find proof they had. All the info on Ryan McDonough said he was appointed “in August” just in time for the Medical Board vote on August 15th, but normal appointments and their confirmation hearings, wrapped up in May.
